If your plans change and you need to cancel your tour, please let us know as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel and receive a full refund.
We will wait a maximum of 30 minutes at your pick up location after your pickup time. We generally start the tour a 9:00AM sharp, if you are not able to make the tour for whatever reason, please contact us 48 hours before the tour, and we can make other arrangements. Otherwise, your ticket is not refundable.
During the four hours of free time in Whistler, it's understandable if people get lost in an unfamiliar place. Please try your best to get back on the bus by the scheduled time. We will wait for a maximum of one hour beyond this time. If you are lost, please contact your driver and ask for directions on how to get back, or ask someone else. There are no refunds for missing the ride home. However, we will offer a ride back on our next trip, which is sometimes the next day.
